A niche site is a website built around a topic. The content created for the website is based solely around the topic and it can be anything like:
- Hydroponic gardening
- Pickleball
- Curly hair maintenance
- California travel
The list goes on and on.
I’ve personally created niche sites around budget travel, budgeting and finance, blogging, and more.
Niche sites are killing it because it’s a way to reach a targeted audience, build out a platform through your content site and make money.
Some successful niche sites I’ve seen have been on swimming pool cleaning, dating websites, etc.

First, you’re going to pick a niche.
You’ll want to put some research into this to make sure there’s a large enough audience for the topic you choose.
I use tools like Ahrefs and SEMRush but, there are free tools like Ubersuggest and others that you can explore.
