I started building and flipping websites a few years ago. My focus has always been on flipping content sites because of their passive income potential. Investors really favor these kind of sites that can be hands off and make them money in their sleep.
How I Built and Sold an $7K Site in 45 Days
I started a website in the make money niche and my target audience was moms.
Building the site was a breeze and I had it up and running within 1–2 days. Today I can create a site in about an hour or less.
Once it was built, I applied a pretty website theme. It was probably from Etsy, which is where I buy a lot of my themes.
Then I loaded it with “make money for mom” content.
I wrote all the articles myself but if you aren’t a writer you can outsource this and hire a freelance writer or buy PLR content to use.
