On Upwork? Yeah sure, I would. There are a few things to look out for to make sure you don't get scammed like making sure a milestone payment has been deposited, for example. Upwork is getting more and more saturated, especially with people pursuing more freelance with "the great resignation" but there are things you can do to up your chances of getting projects and getting selected to work with.
