Look, that was a big thing for me too. The dairy, especially in baked goods which are my ultimate indulgence but, there are dairy-free cheeses that are pretty good and ways to make foods taste cheesy, like mac n cheese, vegan queso, etc.. You're doing really good on the veggies. Before transitioning to this lifestyle, that was so tough for me, even though I love veggies. It was just hard to fit them into my meals regularly. Plant-based is pretty close :)
