It's for newsletters. You can monetize with paid subscriptions. I charge $5/month or $40/year. And, I have free subscriptions as well (you get more newsletters and more perks with the paid option). I only write 4-5 times a month at most. It's helped me get into the habit of email marketing which I kind of dread lol.
