I follow the same process for each of my website flips.

1. Build a website

• Choose a niche
• Set up hosting (Siteground is my favorite)
• Choose a domain and site name (and buy the domain)

2. Grow a website

• Add content and more

3. Sell a website

• Sell (the flip) whenever you wish
• My last few flips have sold within weeks of the sites going live
