I was browsing TikTok last night and one of my favorite creators shared a new social network is lighting up the internet world. She gained 200 followers within an hour of joining!

Threads is the Twitter competitor, by Meta. It has the feel of Twitter where you write short, text-based messages and interact with others on the platform.
