I haven't been pinning long enough from Medium yet to evaluate. I like to do it for at least a month. I'll revisit in a few weeks with an update for sure. Pinterest has a way to schedule content so, if you took one day a week to batch-create and schedule posts, that could be a time-effective way to test Pinterest.
