Honestly, a lot of the high-paid offers are from companies contacting me. I share my email address here on Medium, on social media, on community pages/sites I'm on, etc. I get reached out to by brands weekly. They share their affiliate programs. One of the programs I joined which I hope to make up to $4K/month as a new income stream by the end of the year is in a new niche I haven't explored much so I started finding other companies in that niche to become an affiliate for. They all pay high commissions. That's how I did it.
