Some campaigns are engagement-based, others are just about participating to get paid, there are bonuses, all kinds of different campaigns. I don't think you have to worry that much about quality. If you have a smartphone with a camera, you're good. Tips: don't have a shaky camera, make sure the video isn't blurry, simple stuff like that.
