Hi Jan, you can use a free or paid theme. This time just covers creating the site and doesn't cover the time for transferring the site (migration) after the sale happens. Writing content, in general, can take a long time but, there are plenty of shortcuts you can take for creating these starter sites. Thanks for your questions.
